Terms and Conditions

 

1. Membership and Fees

  • Cost of Membership: State the cost clearly ($10k) for first 15 members if paid in full.  ($12k if payment plan).
  • Payment Terms: Full upfront payment: $10k.   Payment plan option (Total $12k).  $5k Non-refundable deposit + $3500 in 60 days +$3500 in another 30 days.
  • Refund Policy: Delivery guarantee.  The client may receive a 100% refund of what they paid in the event that the client believes that the consultant underdelivered on their promises to Client and communicates such during the first 30 days after the purchase date.  To receive the 100% refund the Client must have done their part and have made an effort to get a return on their investment during the first thirty days after the effective date.  This means the client has been to 2 Zoom calls, introduced themselves in the group chat as well as completed a kickoff call with Dr Jonny and Dr Vo.

2. Mastermind Group Structure

  • Meetings/Events: Including but not limited to 12 virtual mastermind sessions and 12 virtual mastermind Q&A sessions.
  • Content and Resources: Online course with training modules, group coaching, one-on-one accountability coaching, access to private workspace for exclusive communications with other Walk of Wealth Community members.
  • Confidentiality: State that all information shared within the group is confidential and cannot be disclosed to non-members.

3. Member Obligations

  • Participation: You get out of the mastermind what you put in.  We encourage you to participate in all mastermind sessions.
  • Code of Conduct: Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere conducive to learning.   No harassment, offensive or unethical behavior will be tolerated and may be subject to expulsion from the mastermind group at the discretion of the leadership team.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Ownership of content, materials, and intellectual property shared within the group are owned by Walk of Wealth Community LLC..

6. Termination and Cancellation

  • Cancellation by Member: client is free to terminate at any time with no refunds.
  • Termination by Organizer: client may be removed from the group for immoral or unethical behavior 
  • , violation of code of conduct, non-payment, or breach of NDA).

7. Liability and Disclaimer

  • No Guarantees: There is no guarantee of specific results or outcomes from participation.
  • Liability: Nothing you learn here should be constituted as specific legal or investing advice.  Always consult with your financial and legal advisors prior to making any investment decisions. 
  • Investment Opportunities:  We will offer investment opportunities to Mastermind Members.   The projections are not guaranteed.  All investments incur significant risk up to and including loss of capital.

8. Arbitration

  • Dispute Resolution: Any claim or grievance of any kind, nature or description that you have against Walk of Wealth Community, LLC shall be resolved exclusively in final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator selected by Walk of Wealth Community, LLC within a reasonable time of you giving notice of arbitration.   Arbitration will be held in North New Jersey.  You agree not to file a suit in any court against Walk of Wealth Commuinty, LLC, any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors or employees.  The arbitration has sole authority to determine whether any dispute is arbitrable.  The decision of the Arbitrator will be final and binding.  You agree that each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys fees in any arbitration or litigation. 

9. Privacy Policy

  • Communication: By signing agreement and providing your credit card information, you agree that Walk of Wealth Community LLC may call and text you regarding your account information and regarding other offers, products and services, including through the use of automated dialing equipment and pre-recorded messages, and that this consent is not a condition of purchase.`

10. Amendments

  • Changes to Terms: Walk of Wealth Community reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and how members will be notified of these changes.

11. Member Testimonials and Case Studies

  • Permission to Share: Include a clause allowing you to use members’ success stories or feedback for marketing purposes (with their permission).

Media Release

By participating in the mastermind group, you grant Walk of Wealth Communties, LLC the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, videos, and audio recordings of you captured during mastermind group sessions, events, or other activities, for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and printed materials.
You understand that these materials may be used without compensation and for an indefinite period of time. You waive the right to inspect or approve any materials or media that incorporate your likeness, voice, or image.
If you do not wish to have your image or likeness used for such purposes, please notify Walk of Wealth Community, LLC  in writing prior to participating in any mastermind group activities.
